LexVault for lawyers

A secure client portal for your practice

Share one secure link, approve clients as they arrive, and run every matter as a single timeline with documents, dates and an AI case assistant.

New to LexVault? Sign in with Google, and your lawyer account is activated after a short review by the LexVault team.

One central platform, by legal professionals for legal professionals and their clients

Always keep the overview, save time, and spare your clients follow-up questions.

One timeline per case

Every matter becomes a single dated timeline. You and your client post updates there, with up to 5 attachments per entry (10 MB per file).

Your personal invite link

Your profile has a personal access URL. Send it to a client. They sign in with Google, with no account setup and no password.

You approve every client

New clients land in your Approvals queue. Nothing is shared until you approve, and declined requests never see a thing.

LexVault AI case assistant

Ask about one case and get answers drawn from its entries, documents and calendar, with sources cited and no outside guesswork.

A calendar on every timeline

Mark availability, leave day notes and attach files on each timeline's calendar, so both sides see the dates that matter.

Private by design

Access is enforced in the database. Documents are stored privately and open only to you and the client on that case.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need to pay or install anything?

No. Clients join free of charge through your invite link and use LexVault in their browser, signing in with Google.

Who can see the documents in a case?

Only you and the client on that timeline. Documents are stored privately, and access rules are enforced in the database, not just in the interface.

What does the AI case assistant do?

It answers questions about a single case using that case's entries, documents and dates, says where each fact comes from, and does not give legal advice. For attached documents it reads a preview of the first pages.

Which languages does LexVault support?

LexVault is available in English, German, Italian and Spanish.
